Terms of Service
Plain-English summary of the deal. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. What the service is
revshot provides AI software that operates a Telegram bot you connect. You bring your own Telegram bot (via @BotFather) and your own content. We provide the AI, dashboard, and tooling. We are a software provider — not your employer, agent, or payment processor for your fans.
2. Your bot, your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the Telegram account and bot you connect, for the content you upload, and for complying with Telegram's Terms of Service and all laws that apply to you. Any suspension or ban of your Telegram bot or account is your risk, not ours. You keep 100% of your sales; we never take a cut of your revenue.
3. Billing
Each connected model requires an active monthly subscription plus prepaid AI credits, both paid in cryptocurrency. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you renew each period. Credits are consumed as the AI works. Payments are prepaid and generally non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for anything illegal, for content involving minors or non-consenting persons, for impersonation or fraud, or to violate any third party's rights. We may review, suspend, or terminate any account that we reasonably believe breaches these terms or creates legal or platform risk — including before or after approval.
5. Approval & suspension
New accounts are reviewed before their bot may message fans. We may approve, decline, pause, or block any account at our discretion. Running out of credits or an expired subscription automatically pauses your bot until resolved.
6. As-is; limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. AI output can be imperfect and is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from platform bans, downtime, or third-party services. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior 30 days.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
